How Clean Market works

Clean Market supports discovery and qualification.

Clean Market only hosts companies contributing to the sustainable transition - organisations providing the expertise and services to help others improve, and any company, in any category, that's transparent about its own footprint.

We don't publish ESG data ourselves. But if a company is listed, visitors can be confident it has Scope 1 & 2 data available, and is unlikely to be a Scope 3 data gap.

We provide an environment where responsible companies and organisations can show what they actually do so that visitors can assess whether they are also a good fit for their supply chain.

We don't compete with certifications, ratings, or other market data - we sit alongside them.

Platform Impact

This website generates approximately 0.05g CO₂ per page view - among the lowest of any website tested globally.

Our code is well structured and quick to process, we are not design heavy, clearly, and our own dedicated servers are hosted using renewable energy.

The Clean Market platform is low carbon by design.
